Dear readers,

Each issue has a theme that ties most articles together, but not all are connected directly. I had wanted to do an issue dedicated to the Earth for quite some time. It was scheduled for the April/May issue last year, and then the virus came and turned all of our worlds upside down. So it was postponed. Then I planned it for the third issue this year – this issue only to realize that it must not be limited to one.

Throughout the rest of the year, we’ll focus on the Earth and its elements, mixed in with all the other articles on yoga, meditation, self-care or gratitude practices. Thus, we begin with the overview effect, our Mother Gaia and explore the element of fire and renewal. You’ll find articles in the print and digital magazine editions from our regular contributors –

Self-care corner with the incredible artist Deja Osbourne’s work and inspirational messages to help us stand in our power. Helen Sanchez’s contribution from the isms series with a look at how women can help women professionally. The final instalment of the Yoga Diaries, Sister Soil by Christine Boyd Miller, PhD. And my contributions include part two of the goddess series with a look at Earth Goddesses in art, the element of fire and its relation to the Manipura chakra, and resurrection and renewal with the symbolic Phoenix.

The magazine with limited ads is available in print and digital formats. The digital versions are through a reader on Gumroad and also as a flipbook on ISSUU. I am exploring a monthly subscription version of it on Patreon or Ko-Fe for readers who want more of a web experience. More news to come on that with the next issue.

Thank you for being here and supporting this work.

                                    Namaste,

                                    Amy M. Adams
