Just like plants, humans need to be grounded too! This month, Yoga at My Desk Break is a simple but super effective breathing technique to help you feel more rooted and settled. It’s is an excellent one to use if you are feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or just need a re-set. Make sure to intentionally plant your feet on the ground to help you initiate the grounding and then do the breathing technique for at least 10 rounds. Enjoy!
