I have really struggled with being public about my spiritual path and beliefs or even teaching. My conscious path began in childhood. My knowledge base has grown over the years and I was exposed to many ideas at a young age and later learned from masters, it wasn’t until my Yoga Teacher Training in India that gave me a sense of authority. We’re all on our individual paths. Now, I can at least teach what I know and am a forever student of life, philosophy and love. I hope you enjoy this short bonus episode. Namaste! – Amy
